1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to VasyanGaming! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and VasyanGaming ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the vasyangaming.com platform. By accessing, browsing, or using our platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of VasyanGaming. Your continued use of the platform after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

VasyanGaming is available exclusively to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• You must be at least 19 years of age to use VasyanGaming.
• You must be a resident of or located within Canada at the time of use.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not have been previously banned or suspended from the platform.

By using VasyanGaming, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your age and residency at any time, and to suspend or terminate access for users who do not comply.

3. Platform Description

VasyanGaming is a free social entertainment arcade that provides interactive digital experiences for entertainment purposes only. Our platform features engaging interactive modules such as Moonlight Princess Quest and other digital entertainment experiences.

Key aspects of our platform:

• VasyanGaming is entirely free to use. There is no real money involved at any stage of using our platform.
• All interactive modules are provided solely for entertainment and social enjoyment.
• Virtual items, scores, and progress within our arcade have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for anything of value.
• VasyanGaming is a social entertainment platform and should be treated as such.

4. User Accounts

Certain features of VasyanGaming may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at hello@vasyangaming.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that appear to be fraudulent, inactive for an extended period, or in violation of our community guidelines.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use VasyanGaming only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, its servers, or connected systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overburden the platform's infrastructure or other users' experience.
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access or interact with the platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users of the platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of VasyanGaming.
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable Canadian federal or provincial laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and features available on VasyanGaming — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, animations, interactive modules, software, and the overall design and layout — are the exclusive property of VasyanGaming or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The VasyanGaming name, logo, and all related product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of VasyanGaming. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, and marks are the property of their respective owners.

7. User Content

If you submit, post, or share any content through VasyanGaming (including community posts, feedback, or contact form submissions), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the platform.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit, and that such content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

VasyanGaming is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or harmful components.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, VasyanGaming, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of enjoyment, or any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account or personal information.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of VasyanGaming shall not exceed the greater of $100 CAD or the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, which in all cases is $0 as VasyanGaming is a free platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VasyanGaming and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the platform; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law; or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VasyanGaming at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service or any related policies.
• Conduct that is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
• Requests by law enforcement or governmental agencies.
• Extended periods of inactivity.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of VasyanGaming shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
